Refund policy
While we're confident you're going to love your art, we understand there can be specific situations where a return is necessary.
BUT FIRST....Before we get into the details of the fine print, please know that we want to work with you to find the best solution. We are not a big corporation, but instead a small team of real people who are happy to do our best to find a solution to whatever problem you have!

Please include your name and order number in the subject line.

DAMAGED PRINT / PRODUCT
If your item arrived damaged, please send an email and attach 1-2 pictures of the damaged piece. If the packaging also shows damage, dents, or bends, please include pictures of the packaging.
Once we receive your email and confirm the problem, we are happy to replace your piece at no cost to you.
EXCHANGES / SIZE UPGRADES
Got your order and realize you need a different size or color? Happy to work with you on this. If it turns out you need a bigger size for an unframed print order, in most cases we will only need to charge you the difference in cost of what you would have paid originally.
For changes and exchanges with framed prints, there will be an additional cost commensurate to the size and style of your piece. Please send an email to outline the details of your change request.
"JUST BECAUSE" RETURNS
In the rare case when there is no damage but you still want to return your piece, you will be responsible for the return shipping cost. Once the piece arrives back at our studio, we will refund your purchase price, minus a restocking fee ($20 for unframed prints and $50 for framed prints).

RETURN / EXCHANGE WINDOW
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
OTHER
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Timing of funds.
If a refund is approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
